“God is an intelligible sphere, whose center is everywhere, and whose circumference is nowhere.”
Mindful that God is an idea, a metaphor whose reference is The Transcendent; namely, that mystery which lies beyond ALL opposites and categories of thought, one considers the often parroted and reconstructed statement above and arrives at a remarkable conclusion.
To attain Buddhahood or Christhood (call it what you will) is to awaken to the terrifying truth that one resides and operates wholly at the center of this sphere. Therefore, one functions as a powerful fulcrum whose every thought, word, and deed is a factor in either sustaining Life’s dynamic balance or in determining whether it is Shadow or Light that finds its footing and takes root in all the Worlds.
